Typical schedule: a 30% deposit secures the booking unless otherwise stated. Final balance is due 45–30 days before arrival depending on the villa’s policy.

Cancellations depend on each villa's policy; we always outline the terms in your proposal.

Most villas require a security deposit or a pre-authorization on a credit card. This amount and the hold period will be detailed in the booking confirmation. We always aim to clarify all holds and potential charges before payment.

We typically return a tailored availability and pricing proposal within 24–48 hours of receiving complete request details (dates, nights, guests, budget). For peak season requests, we strive for a same-day response when possible.
